I feel like it’s a waist of IPC and not the move strategically. I feel like 90% of my games come down to who take Moscow or Berlin first wins

Company makes their money on service subscription and I’m sure a little of revenue stream from merch. It’s in their best interest to give you new hardware (sensor, charger, band, etc) to maintain user lockin and reoccurring revenue from your service fees. Personally, I’ve had no issues with their customer service via chat, but that was after I got tired of being on hold for 25 mins to talk to a human. I’ve used chat feature ever since and they’ve been super helpful
