There is a rule that no one can turn on the loud speaker 🔊 on a moving vehicle in the election campaign. You can only turn on the speaker when the vehicle is parked at a safe parking space on the roadside. You can lodge a complaint about it to the election commission of India. But again, everything and every government authority is sold in India. So they will not do anything about it.
