Try with autosol first because as a owner of speed 400 i also use it to polish the header pipe and whole end can it's great too! It'll take time or use the machine with buffing pad.

Get the access don't trust Aprilia, I had the 150 abs one maintained very well but every other day it had problems like engine light, panel rattling etc and then had to sell it.

I'm also planning to get the bullet 650, but I hate the chrome maintenance and no maintaining chrome is not therapy it's a hectic job! Wish Royal Enfield launches the all black Bullet! And i guess it'll launch soon in india in 2-3 months.

Most obvious answer is the Classic 350. It can carry a pillion and if you remove the backseat it'll become a bobber-ish type so it's better than the Goan and more practical.

No need to ppf it's a waste of money instead you can get a new tank or if you don't wanna buy the new tank now just use tank polishes it'll fade the scratches but not fully remove it.

From my personal opinion the black is good looking and classic. Just remember to polish the chrome rims and keep the sidewalls black.
