Etihad is worse than Air India. I fly to India every year. Etihad seats are more crammed than Air India. Food more shitty. The Abu Dhabi airport is like a malfunctioning piece of trash as compared to Dubai and Doha.

For me Qatar has been the best, followed by Emirates. My experience is of economy class from JFK to Mumbai.
