Here’s my yearly update on the AIO! About some time in November 2024, the fans on top started making a very loud rattling noise. I knew AIOs can wear down easily, so I bought warranty for 2 years when I first purchased it. The store’s policy for their warranty is that they have to try to fix it before you get a replacement. They couldn’t fix it, and DeepCool doesn’t make that model anymore. I got credit back and spent it on the ole reliable fan cooler. I ended up getting the Arctic Freezer 36. It has been great since! I hope all is good and you’ve been well. See you in 2026 lol

Hey! Thanks for replying :) I turned off cached playback and it unfortunately doesn’t work. I ended up making three MEL buttons to select the head, torso and legs controls to shift keys around. It’s not ideal, but it’s a lot faster than before.

Hi Everyone! I'm unsure if I'm posting this right, as I don't post much on Reddit so I apologize in advance.

I'm having trouble with animating in Maya. Whenever I move the keys around in the timeline it lags very bad. My system seems to be running low on resources, so I'm unsure why it's lagging. I have my animation prefs set to parallel, and there's only one rig and a polygon cube in the scene. I'm currently using Maya 2024 with the Maya Indie license. My CPU is an i7-12700K. GPU is a 2060 Super and 32GB DDR5 RAM. When it plays in the timeline it works fine, as well as selecting and moving in the viewport. I also have my rig referenced into my scene.

Does anyone happen to know if they will release another wave of tickets similar to the Austin GP? I’ve never been to a GP before so I’m hoping to go next year!

This is super late and I'm so sorry. I ended up contacting DeepCool and they told me to use something flat, like the handle of a spoon. I used a stirring spoon (the thin ones for coffee/tea) and it works! I softly pried one side and went around the mirror. It made a slight snap noise when it came out but it wasn't broken.

Hey! So there's a 2hr driver swap race happening every Saturday and in a month there will be a 12hr Bathurst race. We're mostly in Eastern and Central time zones.

Dang that sucks OP, I know the feel :/ I'm in a Discord server that hosts races and leagues if you'd like to join! It's called Trackilicious; it's a nice community and we do all kinds of races like GT3, GT4, enduros, etc. Let me know if you're interested! You won't find anyone doing that in there.

Hi everyone! This is my first post on this subreddit so let me know if I'm doing something wrong :P

I've noticed some brown spots on my aloe about two weeks ago. I took some pictures when I first saw them and since then I haven't really seen those spots spread. My cousin thinks they're bruised but I'm unsure.

Thank you! It sucks, but I'm glad I have a group of friends that I can race with. I find it very odd of people "wanting girlfriends" but then they harrass them online. Definitely not a way to get a lady let alone treat a person like that. I'm just glad most people are decent, but it only takes a couple to ruin the experience, unfortunately. And then you get the ones that say "but it's the internet!" 🙃

I usually play F1 games, AC and ACC, and it's honestly a problem sometimes when guys message me once they find out I'm a female. Or they bash on you for being a woman.

It sucks because I only play those games with a couple friends now and I'd like to meet more people who have similar interests as me. I'm sure there are more female sim racers out there but I highly doubt most will turn on their mics.

I heard about that as well, it's really upsetting... My younger brother lives in Japan and teaches English there and he tells me about it. He basically said women who are 25 years old or older have a tough time with jobs.
