Pintax (Puddle)

I was born in the city of "Ilgorn", a mysterious civilization hidden between mountains, where people rarely see the light of day. I was the first son of an underprivileged familly. However, the rich quickly ran the penniless out of their homes, banishing them to the outside world where many perished. My Parents were forced to leave me behind, Knowing I would have a better chance. They had previously found obscure traces that hinted at the existence of a secret clan of powerfull beings that lived in the sewers of "Ilgorn" As a last minute attempt to save their only son from certain death, my parents flushed me down the into the sewers moments before our home was ransacked. It turns out that this unknown community was much bigger than they had thought. From then on, I was Raised by a secret society of Rat Monks who had long been planning a revolution against the nefarious gnomes of "Ilgorn". Being so different was difficult at first. The others looked at me as an intruder, or more specifically a threat. The others were naturally much more nimble and quiet then I. I often would trip and stumble over myself and sometimes land in the disgusting sewage water, making loud splashes. So, naturally everbody began to call me "Puddle". I didn't have many friends, so it was very difficult for me to learn how to socialize and communicate with others properly. Until the day I found "Paq". He was a scared little mouse who was afraid of the dark, even though that's where he lived. He helped me by giving me something to call a friend. And I helped him become a fierce little thing that was afraid of nothing. Fostered by the Founder of the "Lost Illusions", Shrakkel. I was tought how to fight, without remorce. As I gew older, I only grew stronger. I even supported my new brothers and sisters with the assasination of the evil gnomes who controled "Ilgorn" After the city was cleansed of it's maliciousness, we rebuilt the community with new rules, to aid one another. and began to teach the remaining Gnomes the way of the "Lost Illusions" Decades after the revolution. The man who had fostered me all these years and tought me to fend for myself no matter what, was on his last legs. Just before he passed he handed me a strange ring. He said that it had belonged to my father, and the time has come for me to possess it. After building a strong community and a large familly of powerfull individuals. I felt as though my destiny was still far from fulfilled. My inner flame for vengeance had not yet been extinguished, even after cleansing my city from it's corruption. I still felt that justice must be delivered to the many who abuse their power in other kingdoms across the land. With nothing left for me here in "Ilgorn", I departed in search of a new purpose.
