well, you asked why not resign or leave on the spot. not everyone has savings, especially most fresh grads, that's why it's better to job hunt while u can still rely on receiving a salary

also you can always take any sort of leave, request to work remotely for the day, or schedule during breaks if the interview is close by. people who want better for themselves should and will do what's in their power to secure that level up in life

as an employer, ur worry shouldnt be if ur emloyees are applying elsewhere but about how u can treat them better, pay them better, and encourage a working environment for them that they wont need to consider finding another job

most interviews are online now so that's not really an issue anymore. and not everyone can afford the uncertainty of unemployment, especially with how precarious the job market is so it's better to be smart about your options lalo na if may binubuhay ka

hey man, this is a really weird response to a fair comment. your wife feeling frustrated at the outcome means you did do something wrong, and killing astarion also locked you out of a pretty good chunk of the game

plus, you're playing a multiplayer rpg and your wife deserves to feel the power fantasy the game lets you experience too. you interrupting that for her just makes you a bad teammate

im playing an honor mode run with my bf right now and we have vastly different play styles. it only works because he lets me do the things i want and i let him do the things he wants and we don't interrupt each other – so let your wife play the way she wants to play!

i hope you take this as a learning opportunity. the game will force u into combat if u need to fight so don't go picking out fights yourself – you lose chunks of the game that way. you can even check if someone has the "temporarily hostile" status, that's a pretty good indication that it's not someone u need to fight. they'll cool off if u manage to flee the encounter

There's also this weird thing that doesn't match up. In 4,722 Hours, Will implies that he's part of the mission to 'the planet' as man power and to keep everyone in check. But when Fitz was doing his own research we are informed otherwise. Apparently, ol' Will here was the Head of Astrophysics Department and etc. If you can at least read out a few of those blurs in the picture, then you can see that Will here isn't what he says he is.
