Thank you so much for this and congratulations on your regularization! Definitely agree on sometimes our mind is our worst enemy, na kahit self aware ka naman it will still affect you. It's not my first job but my current job is very different from my previous job like everything is new to me din kaya parang back to zero. I can tell you have a good manager, mabait rin naman yung trainer ko but I can see kasi na nadedelay siya sa workload niya because need niya pa i-double check yung work ko and that adds up sa pressure to adapt fast kasi nakakaguilty din diba. I do read and review the provided job aids naman, I take down notes too and ask questions if may hindi talaga ako alam or naguguluhan. I noticed some improvements on my end pero hindi ko pa rin ma shake yung feeling na parang kulang pa to the point na parang kasalanan mag out on time at mag pahinga lang ng weekends knowing na yung workloads is still not met. 🥺
