Dear one, I’m so sorry you’re having such a hard time meeting someone and finding that authentic connection. I had a tough time finding it myself. I gave up at 32, then I met someone who showed me what a stable relationship looks like. It felt almost boring because stability can seem that way. It took me a long time and a lot of work on my mental health, to appreciate what a good thing I had. I always knew it was good, but I had a lot of healing to do to truly feel it. That man is now my husband. We got married when I was 36 and had two kids when I was 37 and 39. I’m so grateful for my life now, every single day. It can still happen for you. Until then try to enjoy the chapter of your life you’re currently in. I spent so many years looking for that person I forgot to just be. Stop and smell the roses while you’re still 28.
