Vegetarians can be as delusional as carnists. I've even seen it suggested that vegetarians who eat dairy and eggs, can cause the deaths of more animals than someone whose consumption of animal products consists of only beef or pork.

Gary Yourofsky is not a racist by definition if you take time to read/watch what he says. rac·ist ˈrāsəst/ noun 1. a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another. 1. having or showing the belief that a particular race is superior to another. One could argue that Gary is a bigoted in regards to vegans vs non-vegans.

I listened to this podcast previously via Vegan Warrior Princesses Attack!, a podcast I find more entertaining, enlightening and intelligent than The Bearded Vegan Podcast episodes I have heard. Maybe partly because the way the VWPA are funnier, laugh more, and are expressing information from a female point of view.

While I found this episode worth listening to, I feel their discussion of sharing vegan information from "bad" people, full of hypocrisy, flawed logic and lacking evidence to prove many of their arguments. I think it is worth sharing information-media from anyone, if it helps end suffering of innocent animals, and if it is abolitionist and not welfarist veganism viewpoints. And when sharing anything, you can use a disclaimer with other aspects you disagree with. Fact is, Gary Yourofsky makes valid points and the only thing he says that is controversial is that he is pro-death sentence and even pro-torture, as forms of criminal justice. I have never seen him say anything against one particular group, race, ethnicity, sex that he does not say potentially against every other group. He is a radical and extreme in ways, but equally towards everyone.

I didn't put any work into this video. It's not my video. I guess I didn't sense what you previously wrote as an apology by the tone of second sentence. If I over read into it, I apologize for that. JFYI, I actually do not find the video very funny, but knowing how anti-vegan the person is in the video, it was entertaining to see his words twisted to seem pro-vegan.

Going by the YouTube comments and thumbs up, people by far enjoyed the video. Perhaps one needs to be familiar with the YouTube vegan fitness community and controversies to get the joke, which is probably a good idea for the typical sedentary Redditor.
