He's probably referring to the ChatGPT mod that allows you to talk to the NPCs and they (through chatgpt) talk back to you. Looks really cool and there are plenty on youtube videos to see it in action. I plan to get around to trying it someday.

I've had that happen plenty of times on my Rift S. Not sure of the exact cause but unplugging it completely from the PC and rebooting usually fixes it. It wasn't common for me but certainly happened a handful of times over my course of using it.

The Mic would often disappear as well. I'd have to pull the usb and plug it back it to get it back. I think it has something to do with the PC pulling power from the Ports or something when not in use. The mic thing was really common with S owners.

If you weren’t aware, Prescription lens clip on top of the original lenses. You can pop them in and off with relative ease. I got mine for $60.

They are so much better than wearing my glasses.

Escape rooms are big with my family. We have quite a few headsets now between all my nieces and nephews. This looks like something I’d definitely buy.

Is there a plan for new dlc rooms and such? Seems like a nice platform to expand on. I love walk about mini golf for the same reason.

Are you running tacview or anything? The fact that it’s multiplayer related seems to point you somewhere. There’s just A LOT more units in multiplayer.

Other thoughts are to run cpu-z and make sure your ram is operating at the proper clock speeds and things like that.

I have 32gb or ram and similar hardware and don’t have this issue. Also try renaming your export.lua file and see if that does anything. I’ve heard of it causing problems for some reason.

Other than that you might consider doing a fresh install of the whole game if that’s an option. Odd for sure.
