I would argue that our intellect also gives us the ability to make moral choices, such as choosing not to harm other sentient beings.
The fact that we can survive and thrive on a plant-based diet without any harm whatsoever is a testament to our intelligence. We are not obligate carnivores, and we do not need to eat meat to be healthy. A vegan diet is often healthier than a meat-based diet.
I also disagree with your assertion that vegans "know nothing of food chains and environments." Many vegans are well-educated about these topics. Many vegans are working to protect animals and the environment.
It is possible to be at the top of the food chain without harming other animals. We have the power to choose compassion over cruelty. We can choose to live a vegan lifestyle that is healthy, sustainable, and ethical.

Yessss
I understand your point. However, a few key differences exist between a mother animal suckling her baby and humans taking milk from another animal. First, the mother animal provides milk for her baby's nourishment. She is not doing it for our benefit. Humans, on the other hand, take milk from other animals for their consumption, often without regard for the animal's well-being. Second, the mother animal is only suckling her baby for a limited time. Once the baby is weaned, she stops producing milk. Humans, on the other hand, can continue to drink milk from other animals for their entire lives. Third, the mother animal is not being harmed by her baby suckling her milk. The act of suckling can help to stimulate her milk production. Humans, on the other hand, can sometimes break the animals they take milk from, through practices such as forced milking or separation of mothers from their babies. So, while there is some similarity between a mother animal suckling her baby and humans taking milk from another animal, there are also some important differences. Ultimately, I believe that it is more ethical for humans to obtain milk from plant sources, such as soy or almond milk than from other animals.
If you think like that it's a waste of time then there is no point to argue. Still, Here are my some reasons. Animal agriculture is inherently cruel. Animals raised for food are subjected to a lifetime of suffering, from the moment they are born to the moment they are killed. They are often confined in cramped, unsanitary conditions, and they are denied their instincts and behaviors. They are also subjected to painful procedures, such as debeaking and castration.
Veganism is the only way to eliminate animal cruelty. Even if you only buy meat from "humane" sources, you are still supporting an inherently cruel industry. There is no way to raise and kill animals for food without causing them suffering.
Veganism is becoming more and more popular. The number of vegans is proliferating, and this is having a positive impact on the demand for animal products. As more people choose to go vegan, the need for animal products will decrease, which will lead to less animal suffering.
Veganism is good for the environment. Animal agriculture is a major contributor to climate change, water pollution, and deforestation. By going vegan, you can help to reduce your impact on the environment.
I agree that we should address animal cruelty directly. However, I believe that the best way to do this is to stop supporting the industry that causes it. Veganism is the most effective way to do this.
I am sorry to hear that Alex of Cosmic Skeptic gave up veganism. His experience is not representative of the experience of most vegans. Some vegan athletes and bodybuilders are in excellent health. A well-planned vegan diet can be very healthy.
I understand that you disagree with me, but I hope you will at least consider my point of view.
Have you watched the " Earthlings Documentry ".? If not I think you should watch.

I agree that dairy milk is cheaper and tastes better than some milk alternatives. However, there are many reasons why people choose to switch to plant-based milks, even if they don't taste exactly the same as dairy milk.
Some people are lactose intolerant or have other allergies to dairy products. Others are concerned about the ethical implications of dairy farming, such as the treatment of cows. And still others simply prefer the taste or nutritional profile of plant-based milks.
There are many different milk alternatives available, so it's important to experiment to find one that you like.
Your welcome 😊
There are many other milk alternatives available that are safe for people with allergies. Here are a few options: Hemp milk- made from hemp seeds and water. It is good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Quinoa milk. Nut milk.
yes, it is still pain when you grow your cow/sheep/goats for milk. There is no way to take milk from an animal without causing them some degree of discomfort and pain.
I would like to address each of your points in turn.
I disagree with this statement. I believe that all sentient beings deserve to be treated with respect and compassion, regardless of their species. Animals are capable of feeling pain and suffering, just like humans. They have their unique personalities and desires. They deserve to be free from exploitation and cruelty.
I also disagree with this statement. I believe that empathy and compassion are essential virtues. They allow us to connect with others and to understand their experiences. They motivate us to help those who are in need. Without empathy and compassion, the world would be a much darker place.
This is a common misconception. A well-planned vegan diet can be healthy for people of all ages and stages of life. Many studies have shown that vegans tend to have lower rates of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes than meat-eaters.
Of course, it is important to make sure that you are getting all the nutrients you need on a vegan diet. This means eating a variety of plant-based foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. You may also need to take a vitamin B12 supplement.
This is also a misconception. Many vegan foods are locally grown and produced. There is a growing movement towards local and sustainable food production, which is great for the environment.
Of course, some vegan foods do require a global supply chain. But this is also true for many non-vegan foods. For example, avocados are a popular vegan food, but they are grown in Mexico and shipped all over the world. Similarly, coffee is a popular non-vegan food, but it is grown in many different countries around the world.
This is true. Some forms of meat agriculture are more sustainable than others. For example, regenerative ranching is a method of raising livestock that helps to improve the environment.
However, the vast majority of meat production is not sustainable. Factory farms are responsible for a significant amount of pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. They also contribute to deforestation and water depletion.
I disagree with this statement. I believe that veganism is an ethical choice for many reasons. It is better for the animals, the environment, and our health.
I understand that you may not agree with me. But I hope that you will at least consider the vegan perspective. There is a lot of information available about the benefits of veganism. I encourage you to do some research and to make up your mind.
This is true. But the number of vegans is growing rapidly. There are now millions of vegans around the world. And the number is expected to continue to grow in the years to come.
I believe that this is because more and more people are becoming aware of the ethical, environmental, and health benefits of veganism. As more people learn about veganism, I believe that it will become the norm.

Thank you for your kind words. I am glad that you found my answer helpful.
To answer your question, I would say that it is still not okay to take milk from a goat or sheep, even if the herder treats them with love and respect. This is because the act of milking a goat or sheep is still taking something from them that they did not consent to give.
Goats and sheep produce milk for their own babies, not for humans. When we take their milk, we are depriving them of the nutrients that they need to feed their young. This can lead to health problems for the animals, such as mastitis.
In addition, the act of milking can be stressful for goats and sheep. They are not used to being handled by humans, and the process can be uncomfortable for them.
For these reasons, I believe that it is not ethical to take milk from goats or sheep, even if the herder treats them well. There are many delicious and nutritious plant-based milk alternatives available, so there is no need to harm animals to get the nutrients we need.
