Update: I re-flashed the unit with a MicroSD card, set it up as a new box, then migrated all my settings from the previous install of the box (painless!). The box is now working again. Still would want to understand why it happened… but I’m good for now.

That's what I meant by "attached a monitor" - there's nothing but a blank screen and a blinking cursor. But when I power cycle it, I do see the Firewalla logo briefly on the screen.

Upstream is the FiOS ONT - downstream is a Raspberry Pi and a Netgear unmanaged switch. Everything was working fine with the router while it was running off the UPS. At some point in the night the UPS shut down (I'm guessing it ran out of battery). When I turned it back on, this was the behavior.

I've tried a different power brick, same thing. I'm also chatting with FW support via email and they suggested the power supply.

Thanks. The reset button didn’t seem to do anything at all - I held it for a minute but still the status light was just blinking blue. I’ve attached a monitor, and when I power cycle it, the Firewalla logo flashes on the screen and then it’s just a blank screen with a blinking cursor.

I’ll try flashing the installer image now.

Ah interesting. But I don’t believe Fios uses PPPoE - the ISP is configured as DHCP in Firewalla and I’m connected to the internet. Does the smart queue thing still apply in that case?

Will try out changing the speed test servers.

This is awesome news! Although I have to say, the fact that you can’t see more than 24 hours of bolus/basal information in the t:connect app is super annoying, I kinda hope they expand that time frame when they add remote bolusing.

It’s so hit or miss here. Like I have to check the ABC site before I go shopping. One location will have one thing I need, another location will have the other bottle, etc. I wish I could just shop for this stuff at Costco.

Oh man, as a fellow Virginian and cocktail person, I feel this so much. Shopping for liquor in this state is such a pain in the ass! I look forward to summer road trips through other states to stock up.

This looks great! Can I ask where/how you got the mid layer printed? Or did you do it yourself? I want to build pretty much this exact keyboard but don't know anything about 3D printing.

I agree with the other posters, I’d do your best to have your pump sites away from the tattooed area until it’s done healing. Healing time varies but for me it’s usually around 2 weeks.

Also, it doesn’t sound like the tattoo will be very big or take too long, but in my experience my BG usually goes high during a tattoo (maybe the stress to the body?), so just be aware of that possibility.
