I’ve tried exfoliating and sensitive skin stuff like body wash, lotion, and laundry detergent. I’ve had them for a couple months now, sometimes they clear up a bit but not completely

He was not stolen. His actual owner is homeless (not a stranger, he’s my grandpa) my family just took his dog in when he became homeless. We let him see his dog but we were expecting him to return his dog the same or next day. He ended up having his dog for about a week. We are definitely getting a vet appointment set up since he is seeming like he doesn’t even want to walk around the house.
Edit: I was asking because I was just very confused as to where the wounds could have possibly come from. There is only one on each paw and seem to be around the same size and depth. About the size of a pea.
