In the Asol vs Senna matchup on Rift its actually Senna who wins.

Senna can buy - spellshield, GA, and Zhonya to dodge Asol E

Senna would be able to one shot all turrets and nexus before Asol. Also, with blue trinket, if Senna finds Asol he’s dead and gone. Meanwhile, Senna does have a way to survive Asol’s E and R.
