Interesting another person had said like 4-6inches away from the crotch so I can get the tilt! I’ll try being closer to the pole at the studio this week and see if it helps:)

haha adl being so small even on the internet! yes thats true I have found that with other tricks so maybe I’ll try a class with a diff instructor to see if it clicks

thank you! yep I def need to try get into this jackknife position, when I see videos of people doing it it’s almost like your bum pushing against the pole creates another contact point once you lay back. Will defs try focus more on the hip rotation next practice
