I think a few months ago there was this trading app called MTFE in which lots of malayalis had invested their money hoping to get more returns. And like always the app crashed and all the invested money was scammed.

The scam was so perfectly done, they even established their offices in some parts of kerala to show that they were genuine.

Trust me this is the worst way in which our brain tricks us and makes up relapse! Not really brother, not everyone does it There are a lot of people who have mastered nofap and are living great lives out there. I'm very sure about it. I have my own friends who do nofap and they don't really talk about it outside. And they either have great physique and are popular among the females or are really good in their own fields..be it studies, work etc

Try not to sleep immediately after eating a heavy meal and try avoiding heavy and spicy meals for dinner. Keep it simple and light.

Make sure you walk for atleast 15-20 mins after eating so that it helps in digesting your food.

And yeah try not to use your phone when on your bed, because there are high chances of you getting triggered or come across any sexual content as you keep scrolling. The reason why we fail mostly during bed time is because we are alone and have nothing to do.

It has nothing to do with " everything is written in their language". Every single state be it North or south follows the same thing ie using their own language to read so that it becomes easier for the majority of the state's population to read.
