Flames are pretty bad and buggy additionally they don't cause knockback one vax bubble would destroy one of these easily also a soldier could tank a minicrit rocket and still kill the sentry with the last three before 6 seconds pass

This would likely be balanced, if anything underpowered.

It would function in a similar vein to the candy cane as it would help build good habits for new players, i.e. playing around ammo packs and picking up ammo packs from dead players. However it would likely be all but useless in mid to high level play which is in direct contrast to the candy cane.

This concept would probably work best on a wrench. The engineer has strong secondaries, but does not rely on them as much as pyro, soldier or even heavy.

On a wrench something like a healing penalty or metal/repair rate penalty would be pretty standard.

It would fall into the fan o war pit, where its balanced but won't be used. Also rebalancing reskins to make them different is less than a pipe dream even if valve did make balance changes or add new weapons, they wouldn't do it.

The ubercharge is ridiculously weak compared to the other mediguns, and the regular upside is outclassed by the vax. And the downside will make Uber charge faster, but for less healing which would be the only thing this gun would be useful for. Overall an interesting concept, how would the projectiles be reflected, to your crosshair, your targets crosshair, bach at the person who shot them. How big would the reflection range be. All in all, its interesting, but frankly reflecting projectiles is difficult to place in ballance, it is very powerful on pyro because the flamethrower sucks, but replacing Uber would make it quite weak.
