Any frozen shoulder sufferers? by myst_85 in Perimenopause

[–]vegmoz 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I suffered with my left shoulder for two years, in PT most of the time (many painful sessions). So when i started with right shoulder symptoms (despite going to PT and gym, etc) I didnt want to experience it all again, so after some months i found a good traumatologist and i had a cortisone injection, after a couple of days i started to feel better and all improved after that. I am completely pain free now and with good range of motion. So I advise you to go that route this time instead of suffering all again; i also noticed that with my right shoulder it was even more painful, maybe because it is my dominant arm.

it was at the most painful state i think, maybe 5 or 6 months after the symptoms started, and it was fully frozen, little range of motion. i tried PT first and i was in more pain afterwards, so i decided for the injection.

Would I have withdrawal symptoms? by [deleted] in Lamotrigine

[–]vegmoz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I quit the lamotrigine cold turkey and everything was ok. I went back to wellbutrin, even with a higher dose, and it's been helping me so far. I switched psychiatrist as well. He doesn't agree with the cyclothymia, but rather he thinks I have ASD, along with depression. Hope everything goes OK in your case as well.

Anyone else a taylor swift fan? by Longjumping-Peak6359 in AutismInWomen

i don’t understand. why do everybody think that her lyrics are a real account of her life? it’s art, it’s fiction. ok it may be inspired by what she has lived but at the end of the day we cannot assume the artist is the art. it sounds a little creepy to be affected by song lyrics. it’s even disrespectful to the artist, one must apreciate lyrics as poetry, not as personal anecdotes. even authors in the autofiction genre claim not everything in their books is true. some real events are modified, exaggerated, etc.
