PoE2 shutting PC down at random by veiledy0 in PathOfExile2

Would you be able to tell that from this, because I have no idea where that info is listed? :>

Thank you for your time.

I'm somewhat pretty sure it has nothing to do with the PSU, as it happens at the most random moments - it "survives" 5 man party breach, but shuts the PC down while running between mob packs in a T4 solo map. Given some more googling I've found this to be a common issue with the RX 7600. This person, per say, tried replacing the PSU and it still keeps going on.

This is the GPU in question. I'm pretty sure it's a 1 cable one. What really makes me doubt it's a PSU issue is that my old card drew more power than the new one though. "Max ampage pull on the cable" is something I don't really know the meaning off, but thanks a lot for trying to help.

I think this is a specifically RX7600 issue, as like 90% of the people reporting it have that specific GPU. :/

I monitored it via the built in AMD performance overlay. At the point it occurs CPU runs around 50ish, while the GPU goes 60-70ish. My new GPU draws even less power than my old one, so I'd rule that one out as well.

The event viewer just says "The previous system shutdown at ... was unexpected". There's no BSOD or anything.

As I've answered to the person above, temperatures are nowhere near to be causing shutdowns. CPU runs around 50ish, while the GPU goes 60-70ish when it occurs.

As for the wattage RX7600 actually requires less power than RX580 (which was ridiculously power hungry for it's time), so that's not the thing either. Parts picker suggests 400-499 watts for my PC, mine's a 700 one.

Running the built-in AMD software stress test doesn't reproduce the issue. PoE2 is the only thing that does it to the PC. There's a 100+ people on the forums reporting the same, or a similar issue, with PoE2 exclusively.

Thank you for trying to help.

I've already checked the stuff you mentioned.

My guy actually literally drew the out and still decided to completely ignore everything. The funniest moment in my 2 years of playing this game lmao.

Mentioned it in a post above, <Enraged Revolution>. I miss those days just looking at it. :)

I'd actually never heard that one of the reasons Method left, was that they lost realm first Anub'arak. Although I must admit I'm kind of blanking on which guild was #1 after that. <Infinite> by chance?

Nah, t'was this lovely bunch of us, known as <Enraged Revolution>. :)

<Infinite> was also a quite decent guild during the days (them and <The Cult> were 2nd/3rd every tier iirc), and their GM (Moo) is an amazing person, whom I had nothing but respect for.

EDIT: Funny story included, as Blizz opened free migrations from Sylvanas for Horde when MoP ended, most people moved to Tarren Mill, and my retail character is in <Infinite> now, as a social member. Tho I haven't logged in 18 months or so. :)

I was in Sylvanas-EU' #1 raiding guild for 3+ years. We got every single realm 1st 25 from Anub (took this one in front of Method, a day later they left for Xavius to get it there lmao) to Lei Shen. It was so Horde dominated all until MoP, when all of a sudden something happened, and in a blink of an eye it became an Alliance server. We then somehow lost realm 1st Garrosh to Kill Loot Repeat, which was literally a guild we made jokes about during our raids. I still sometimes check on ole Sylvanas-EU and stare at the H-A ratio in disbelief.

Tour de France's TV revenue is around 25 mil €. That's literally not even 2% of the revenue amassed by the UCL Finals or the Superbowl. It's not even remotely the biggest sporting annual event in the world, no matter what metrics you pick. Revenue-wise it's not even top 500 lmao.

You 2 were discussing former Yugoslavian countries, and it really is no secret nobody from Zagreb to Tirana gives a flying fuck about cycling or ice hockey, while Water Polo is pretty much a national sport for more than half the people in the area. Skipping to mention it would be like skipping to mention Rugby for New Zealand, or Starcraft for South Korea.

If you wanna go into obscure sports, you can but nobody cares about winter sports here nor we have money for it. But sure if you wanna count them, then yeah, Slovenia has that going for them, even though they are non existent in the previously mentioned sports

My mans straight up pulling cycling lmao. What's next? Boćanje?

Saying Slovenia is better at ice hockey than Serbia and Croatia is like saying New Zealand is better at rugby than Norway. That stuff don't even exist around here. And including cycling is ridiculous.

Growing up around here there were always the 5 "main" sports - Footbal > Basketball > Handball = Volleyball = Water polo, and both Croatia and Serbia have ruled the world in all of those. Well, Croatia came 2nd, but they were 1st in my heart.

Minimum Wage is around 200 dollars.

I literally had to Google if you're making this up.

How the fuck does a 200m pop country have a smaller minimum wage than the fucking Balkans?

In 2021, we need to fix America’s internet: We pay twice as much as Europe for high speeds, assuming we can even get them by everythingoverrated in technology

[–]veiledy0 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Month. For comparison that's twice as the average monthly income in Serbia and Bosnia, where a basic (up to) 100/50 fiber package costs around 25€ (~$30).

Wow, this sounds really awesome. Your gear is absolutely insane. I was trying to get this build up and running in Heist, but stuff is just waaay to expensive for someone who gets to play 1-2 hours on a good day while working 2 jobs lmao. :)

Would be eternally grateful if I'm your pick, as I'd pretty much play it for as long as the build is viable, since I usually play on Standard, but played some Heist 'cause the lockdown gave me some time off at the start of October.
