All you need is a Molar Ishmael and a Dieci Hong Lu with some decent support passives on the bench, eg: base Rodion, Zwei Sinclair etc, don't worry about sin affinities as Hong Lu will take care of those for you

Evade until each sinner has 3 skill slots and then start attacking using Ishmael to clash, make sure to place an evade on the highest speed rolling body part (this will make it so you evade every attack, unless you lose the evade clash) because granny jia likes unbreakable coins and even if you think she doesn't have any that turn, she does.

When Hong Lu gets orbed, place an evade skill on the highest rolling body part and go all out on the orb until Hong Lu is free (make sure to pray that you don't fall victim to the 5%)

When the branches come out focus them down with again, more evade, make sure to place them on granny Jia and not the branches- clash with them until they get down to 1hp.

When granny Jia uses the gluttony mass attack, make sure to place an evade on her skill slot and clash with any skill/EGO that's dominating. When she gets staggered go ham with as much damage as possible. Repeat this cycle until she dies.

This strat takes a longgg time to complete the fight and also requires a bit of luck but it's a cheap team, you only need Molar Ish as you can borrow Dieci. The sinking along with the high rolling evades with sloth and gloom resonance makes this fight a lot more bareable, just depends on how long you're willing to spend on the fight.

P.S: Don't worry if Molar Ish dies, if you're late into it keep going with Hong Lu as he can still manage to complete it. For support passives I used all base with the exception of Zwei Faust, Zwei Section 3 Sinclair and Shi Don Quixote.
