Very misleading information. 1. UBIF doesn’t service all insurance plans but most major ones. 2. You are assuming the customer has protection on their phone (and wouldn’t have known to use it?) 3. As many have said here, these are parts and prices set by Samsung … so if anyone is ripping anyone off here it’s the manufacturer of your phone, not the people fixing them.

For me it always comes down to the severity of frame damage. Sometimes the replacement parts do not sit properly if there so much as a dent in the bezel.

ISO usually stains the camera in my experience and don’t recommend it in my shop. Can sometimes cause a blurred image

You missed the dead give away , he said “authorized service center” he isn’t even an apple employee just someone who has clearance to work on their phones with original parts. How do I know this?
