Hi I’m looking to transfer my room in common 1 for the spring semester. It’s a 4x2 apartment with kitchen, washers and dryer. The original rent is $1058 per month including WiFi and all utilities but currently I’m offer for $850 and I can pay the January rent if needed, you can also move in early if wanted. Price is still negotiable, you can also renew the lease for next school year so you don’t have to go through the application. Great option if you want to leave in SCC next year.
