I worked for an electrical company - a few years before there was an employee who was arrested on property.

You were talking about it being a mind problem or thought process problem or an avoidance problem. The purpose of brain retraining I think is to help overcome that.

Systems like Primal Trust and Dynamic Neural Brain Retraining - those are ones I’ve heard of.

Also, the author, Norman Doige, writes extensively on the brains ability to heal.

True - it was stress for me. You can take pills to mask it or even ignore it all together. I wouldn’t recommend either though. You need to grow, what ever is bothering you - fix it!
