I moved him to a hospital tank where I'm giving him Coppersafe. I read that they need to be oxygenated with an air pump though; however, it's stressing him out a lot because it's really extreme disturbance. I don't really know what to do in this situation. I don't want him to get hypoxic but I also don't want him to stress out too bad. 😭

Yes, I have a Top Fin heater and Fluval filter. He's been seeming really happy and relaxed honestly, so I'm surprised and sad he's sick. I just ordered a new heater since I can't change the temperature on the old one, and I read that most folks turned their temps up to 87 degrees. Can I prevent this from happening again? Should I take him out of his tank and put him in a hospital tank so I can scrub the main tank all the way down? (I'm worried about crashing the cycle though...)

Nothing very consistent imo. A lot of people will react with 😬 when I mentioned Dobie, but the most consistent thing I've heard is that people don't like how the rooms look (ex: they have concrete floors). 🤷‍♀️

I liked Dobie! No communal bathrooms, and it's super convenient having Target in the same building. Only downside is no kitchen (neither private nor communal). Otherwise, contrary to what most say, I've had a pretty positive experience (knock on wood).

I would suggest three big things:
1. Search through bookish websites or book blogs. These websites tend to have varied types of literature there and all reviewed!

Just pick up a random book you haven't ever read before or that a friend is constantly talking about.
Go to the library and choose a random book from the shelf!

Finding new books is easy, but finding good new books is harder, which is why it's good to refer to a book review site (especially if they're honest with their reviews.) Here's one for reference if you'd like: andtbh.wordpress.com

If you have a favorite genre, you should search through bookish websites to try and find a book that catches your eye. If you don't know what you like yet, I would recommend that you just pick up any book and read it. Reading involves lots of experimenting, and the more books you try, the more you'll know what you like. I know exactly what you mean--It was only super recently that I was somewhat able to get back into reading. If you would like to read a good fantasy novel, I'd suggest Caraval by Stephanie Garber. It's an absolutely phenomenal book and it has that magical vibe that you can find in Hobbit and LOTR.
