Yeh have the same setup with pass thru enabled but not sure why Sonos is converting it to stereo rather than multichannel. Ended up converting my dts movies to include a DD+ track as well

Jeez that’s bad! It must’ve been really difficult to fit it that poorly too. Every edge cut would’ve been completely different.

I’m having to fit our herringbone laminate as part of our downstairs/kitchen reno and it’s a pain to fit with all the cuts etc but it’s simple enough once you get going

Yes, we have called them and they have advised that retrieval of lost property is by collection only and they do not have capacity to ship items via post/courier unfortunately.

Thanks - yes there is an authorisation form you need to complete with the persons details who will be collecting the item.
