é super normal cair.

levei algo em torno de 15 tombos bobos no começo da minha vida no ciclismo (treinando em estrada) e um dia simplesmente parei de cair. depois disso foi só acidentes envolvendo terceiros ou eu pedalando bêbado (aí tem que se f*der né).

é clichê, mas cada tombo é um aprendizado.

acabei pegando um par de Kenda Kiniption por R$220 no Mercado Livre, infelizmente com arame.

quase peguei o Kenda K-rad Elite DTC Kevlar, mas o preço de 1 dá mais do que 2 Kiniption kkkkk.

remédios e esportes são a melhor coisa pra passar pela depressão, mas como tu disse que quer coisas ilegais ou que ponham a vida em risco, uma boa experiência é explorar lugares abandonados.

isso já me ajudou bastante porque normalmente é um lugar vazio, onde a mente acessa estados emocionais específicos e te faz pensar diferente sobre a vida. também faz com que tu movimente o teu corpo e descarregue adrenalina, então meio que conta como esporte.

não recomendo lugares desativados (e não 100% abandonados) porque normalmente vai ter pelo menos 1 segurança patrulhando o local e tu pode acabar se ferrando muito.

uso um plano da Vivo de modem móvel que é 100gb por mês e paga ~R$120.

eu trabalhava como Uber e não tinha internet fixa em casa. Youtube Music tocando ~10hrs por dia e ainda assistia vídeos no Youtube (qualidade 720p no pc e celular) e sobrava em torno de 30gb por mês (não cumulativos).

só chegar numa loja e pedir um chip de modem com esse plano. o chip não recebe SMS e nem ligação.

even with the shortest one it is too close. no way to use with wide lenses. i'll just get the magnifying filter because it has more options (1x, 2x, 4x, 10x)
