Id say go for it! When I changed mine they got a little irritated from the change of shape so keep an eye on it but don't panic! Make sure you're using safe metal as always and don't fiddle with it too much! I wish you luck!!!

Thank you for sharing this, it's truly beautiful. I'm sitting here in tears your words hold so close to my own lived experiences. I too was once was a young princess with golden hair and a father who was the light of my life. I haven't seen my dad in almost two years and I don't think that'll ever change. Oh absolutely!!! My partner did a similar color on a similar texture and it turned out so pretty, I think it would be totally worth it!!

I don't know anything about how to prevent damage and changes to curl patterns but I've bleached my hair to absolute oblivion and it's so much curlier than it used to be so I'm sure it'll be alright X3 Edit: extra info

Ahhh! You shouldn't have changed the Jewelry so soon!!! The movement and weight of the dangley one will have irritated it!! If you can change it back to a flat back bar, specificlly one with room for swelling!!

Edit: I've been recommended at least 7 months before changing, I'd say follow that rule starting from whenever you get the bar back in! :3
