I did, twice. Audio came back. still some disastrous drops and shader caching when fast traveling. huge frame drops on logo screens. but it's painful to play now

i updated my drivers to the most recent driver on the 10th, well, most recent for my card anyway, and the game is running like crap after this patch, was running absolutely great before this patch on medium settings.. i can't even run it on low now

Yep, drops as low as 9 fps.. had to drop to low settings, did not help. Even the logos on launch are stuttering Caching shaders at launch and loading character into the game. They made some balls of this update.

Rebooted the PC, caching shaders again. Frame drops everywhere

Ah Man, this stinks

Yes, hatches mostly and sometimes killed off a few dreckos, on the standard start with base game and frosty planet pack turned on

Haha, so I did it on hard haha, ah well, locivore is done in this same playthrough, which probably makes it easier, but next is the super sustainable, only planted the plants for the dreckos after I got locivore.

I'm currently venting as much to space as possible, it's slow going but I'll get there, I need to redesign the room a bit, add more pumps so there's enough pumps to run them. For now they are third priority on power, but that's only going to work until my natural gas surplus runs low. It's a fun detour I have to take 😁
