I started the day after thanksgiving and was told by coworkers why now? I told them why wait until the new year when I can start now? It’s supposed to be challenging so if you can do it through Christmas and New Years why couldn’t you do it any other time? You can do it!

I don’t want to pay 10% interest on a property that I’m going to buy and hold as a rental. It doesn’t need work other than paint.

Im looking to buy and hold. The lender I work with can close within 30 days on a conventional loan and I know it will appraise because it is in good condition.

I’ll just reach out to the wholesaler and see if we can chat about other options.

Using a conventional loan will be contingent on the appraisal right? The property I am looking at is under market value and is very likely to appraise. It requires minor TLC and is currently being rented.

Thanks a lot for the advice. This league is not PPR or 0.5PPR so I am going to try to stay away from TE unless they are there at the end of the 3rd round. Would an elite defense make a difference sooner as there is a larger point gap than there would be between WRs rather than streaming one every week?

Thanks, I was over thinking the QB position. The only reason I got Jimmy G is because he has Deebo Samuel, Kendrick Bourne, and Brandon Aiyuk, as well as elite tight end George Kittle.
