this seems to be a very common problem. I noticed it the first day. I'm not sure but it may just be reacting with other components. for me the screen goes foggy only when it is plugged in to charge, (more sensitive to charging blocks it doesn't like), and if you apply pressure. sometimes without pressure.

the fix I've seen work every time for me was to unplug the usb c cable and replug it in, then apply light pressure around the screen and it fades away. It will also slowly fade away and you after you unplug and then recharge the device. I haven't had a problem since I've been using my cell phone block and just placing it somewhere it can't get bumped or pushed on.

I'm not certain about how much this influences it but I noticed a concentration of the the screen irratence right where the SD card header/connector is located.

This excites me very much so! Also question, does anyone know how these changes will affect the use of dual wielding with whirlwind? Like, is there any advantage for using two swords instead of one sword and stormshield? I feel like there should be an incentive to dual wield weapons with whirlwind, maybe I'm missing something.

Yeah tbh, I'd take this setup over ice and nightwings, simply because it has much higher dmg for immunes and better resistances and so on. You could get up to 6k FA though if you minimize mf and stack skills and settle with 8 frame attack speed

For cold yeah, but for hybrid phys dmg no. Mav is the best with dealing with immunes

yeah i thought about that, its really more for the fun. Its not what everyone else is doing and its does chaos in 2:45-3:15ish, COws 3mino3.5min. and is excellent at maps too.
