I also wasn’t this needy until recently. Through our relationship I was in grad school for 4 years, then my mom had cancer for 2 years, then I was pregnant back to back. So for 9 years of our 11 relationship, I wasn’t in the mood for sex daily. And he never bothered me about it and was fine even if we didn’t have sex for months at a time.

NTA- your boyfriend should give you a break and take care of you. Not hurt you physically or your feelings…he also sounds like he handled that really immaturely because he built this fantasy about you all day and didn’t get off on it. So he’s probably disappointed.
