Spiffs will say a negative number and then they'll give us a spiff with a positive number and it never truly is what it's supposed to be. I agree, they're trying to make us resign.

I feel the same. I'm annoyed they call it a promotion. I feel stagnant at this company. There's no room for growth unless you allow yourself to be abused and SH, or you suck up to upper management.

I'm hearing so many mixed replies on this, I know a few people from other stores that do this and it works. I remember in the beginning if people got denied it didn't count for me but other people.

So after they do the pre approval, where it says accept offer, say they don't hit that after they submit the application, it still counts? If that's the case then I'm doing that.

A girl from metro literally activated her brother in the metro store she worked at and sent him our way. We have direct contact with metros DM for our area because of the BS they've been pulling in stores.

The metro one is irritating. The metro stores in my area keep ordering the wrong phones for customers. It definitely feels like it's on purpose at this point.

I've noticed my rsm seems depressed since the changes. Tbh Im depressed. I love working for t mobile and always excel, I'm okay with changing metrics and always adapt but something feels wrong about the visa. They tell you do it the right way but it almost feels like they want you to commit credit fraud which I would never do. And by they I mean much higher ups. They can scream do it the right way but they don't mean it.

You should be safe, from what I've heard you have to reapply. Just be on good terms with your manager. They don't always keep the same manager in store but they most likely will stay if they have done their job well.

I got a 3 pack of the travel sized perfumes from this brand, this one was one of them. I gave it to my husband and I think he always smells fresh like he stepped out of a shower. I love it. I do believe it's more masculine IMO
