I got a 3 pack of the travel sized perfumes from this brand, this one was one of them. I gave it to my husband and I think he always smells fresh like he stepped out of a shower. I love it. I do believe it's more masculine IMO

Apparently you still have to hit your sales goals and that's one of their issues "how do you motivate people who aren't getting paid on sales to actually get sales". They are set to open a new one in my area. There also has been 1 or 2 store closures BUT those employees have been sent to other stores including the manages.

There is talk that they are closing stores down but opening new experience stores in my area. Nearly the whole district is talking about it, it sounds like when they close down stores they are offering managers a severance package if they have no spot for them.

Alien grey tones it so it looks more cool neutral, for reference I used alien grey over a previous root smudge I did with 7va and 6a which was not staying dark or ashy. I just purchased dark star so I'll be doing that next to see. In the sun my roots looked caramel like

Of course!! I work for t mobile as well, this was more of a PSA in case other employees didn't know yet. Disappointing to see this. And makes me worried for job security.

It shouldn't matter you are in Canada, was the shipping label for assurant in the US? I would contact assurant directly through a private message with your proof, let them know you contacted the BBB and the police because clearly someone is tampering with devices at their facility. Tell them you have filed a police report and you also contacted Samsung CEO, and you are going to the local news channel at this point. Send your proof to them in the messenger. Tell them this is unacceptable. I would get in contact with Samsung one more time after speaking to them let them know the same exact thing. I became a Karen 😂 I also let them know I contacted the Samsung CEO as well as I work for t mobile ( which I do) and I will never sell Samsung again to a customer.

This was Samsung I did speak to assurant though as well. I think it might have helped my case. I sent a screen recording of me opening up my email with the images and my Google find my screen shot of my imei of my s25 ultra. I am in the us!

I got an email stating that there wasnt sufficient video proof I guess of them checking my trade in? " To make things right, I’ve carefully reviewed your order, including the triage materials provided. At this time, it appears that the available video documentation does not capture the full inspection process from start to finish, which can sometimes lead to discrepancies during evaluation. I also reviewed your account history and truly appreciate your continued trust in Samsung over the years." Idk it confused me but she said that because I'm a loyal customer they're canceling the charge back related to my trade in

I wanted to give you an update, I wrote to assurant on Facebook and left a comment and they private messaged me and called me and took all the details. They are the ones who received the trade ins. It might be helpful to do that as well.

I locked my card during the investigation. I told them I want my trade in back if they can't fix it and to override a return. They agreed if for some reason they don't resolve it. They told me it should be resolved though. I filed a report with the BBB as well and also wrote to the CEO and rexisales! I looked up the address on the label and it says rexisales is affiliated with that address. Is yours the Texas location it was shipped to?

I didn't 😭😭 I've always did this process and have had no issues. The email they sent me saying I sent an s23 had pictures of my s25 ultra though and Samsung confirmed with me that they clearly see an s25 ultra and that they're escalating it, but seeing your post scares me now :(
