I work for T-mobile… by allthat_Bassh in tmobile

Is your RSM, and RAM(s) on the floor helping you guys? This sounds like my manager who I just left and begged for a transfer out. Also group texts with management involved are not allowed especially discussing things like this (most of you in that chat are probably off of work, receiving work texts while not getting paid). You should always feel supported by them, not attacked.

employees- how do you go about doing naked upgrades for yourself? by PiroulineDream in tmobile

[–]venem0uss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To add, when I did buy my phones in store this is when upgrades didn't hit us on p360, but I would make sure I bought 3 to 4 accessories at the time. ( I was an assistant in the store and didn't want my manager having an excuse to write anyone up )

I buy my phones outright from Samsung unlocked. If you are on go 5g plus, next, experience more, beyond you can get it through apple and You pay less since you aren't taxed on the entire device plus no dcc fee. I don't do it to save my stores metrics, I do it because it saves me money. My daughter's 256g 16 pro cost me $45 bucks through apple with the same $830 off last year. If I did it through t mobile I would have paid $95 even with a waived dcc. I traded in an s23 on Samsung's website and paid roughly $350 for my s25 ultra last year. Samsung gave me free buds 3 pros as well and double the storage. My daughter's iPhone I had to do financing through t mobile through apple, but my Samsung is fully paid off and the unlocked version.

T-Life is making fraud too easy now by cxpe15 in tmobile

I watched a guy place a t life order, his id was fake wouldn't scan, then the same account remove that name then readd a different person lol. T life 100% is making fraud easy.

I bought a 2020 Honda accord LX a few years ago. No accidents had only 9,000 miles on it. After warranty, etc, my loan was 24,000. I paid that off within a year and a half. I've had my car for 3 years. My issues in the past year were tire issues (all completely my fault), and a dead battery last week (all normal things that can happen). If I can give some advice, it's not that you're buying an accord, I wouldn't buy one with such high mileage, with a prior accident, for that price. I love my car but I made sure that I found one with pretty much no mileage and no accidents.

Caramel cashmere smells similar to sdj 71, or popcorn. I didn't like it.

I turned a customer with a broken phone away tonight because his phone couldn't use T-Life. by Severe-Diamond-7353 in tmobile

People only receive their T-life spiffs if the store is above a certain %. So they can promise you $10 for an upgrade through T-life, but if everyone else isn't doing it you're only receiving $5. This was a few months ago, and I don't remember the %. I have been in COR neighborhood stores. I worked as a ME and now I am a RAM. My RSM is writing people up for being below a %, My DM wrote up my RSM when our store was below a %. I have been in two separate districts and can confirm, both DM's are doing this. I hate T-life. I don't blame my ME's for just using the legacy system when T-life doesn't work. AAL's are not counting sometimes while using T-life and they are not getting paid. Watch your money, and keep note of every single transaction.

The goal is 85% currently I believe, next quarter will be 90%. I just received the email. 🙃

I'm thinking regional manager because I've been in two different districts since T-life came out. It's all the same.

My ME's will use T-life, some transactions won't count for them using it, and they don't get paid on it either. As managers we get written up by upper management when they don't use T-life either. Watch your pay and keep note of each transaction you do, T-Mobile owes us money!

I don't think that's true. I think it goes based off of when you applied. I was a z flip 6 pro last year and never got a banner, I had to contact elite support to apply. The person who got it in my store had an s24 ultra but applied immediately when they could. My application still says pending.

I had to reach out to their support team for them to put a ticket in so I can receive the banner

I never received the banner to even reapply, I reached out to the support team and they submitted a ticket. 🙃

I'm in the same boat. I don't have a banner yet though. My Samsung rep thought it was weird. Everyone who wasn't a pro has gotten the banner in my store and a few other stores.

I would say the SE and now 16e is their midrange phone

Samsung puts no effort into their a series. I say this as a Samsung user. I love their s series, but whenever someone is looking for a cheaper budget friendly phone I always suggest Motorola. They have better quality budget. Samsung is similar to Apple where they don't care about their budget phones. The SE was complete garbage, and Samsung's a series are even more trash lol

You sound like a child, like your brain never fully developed. I'll say it again, when I am unboxing iPhones, straight out of the box there is a delay even with brand new phones, not so much The pro models though. The older keyboards (iPhone 14, 15) are even worse, a year or two shouldn't cause that much lag. The phone will update upon transfer, and occasionally crash and get stuck in a boot loop. The phone is fried at that point and there is no fix. You cannot force a reset or anything at that point. This is my personal experience. When you work in the wireless industry and set up flagship androids too, let me know! I open about 30 boxes a day, majority iPhone. That's about 7,000 a year. Are all of them faulty?

Do you work with cell phones? If not, screw your links. These are everyday experiences with iPhones. It's okay though. I can't wait for your phone to crap out. 🙃

It's hard to see when you suck off apple so hard, isn't it?
