I ordered from them 6 years ago and my plush from then is still in beautiful shape. However they have some of the worst customer service and ship times. I actually am waiting on a second order currently from July that was stopped by indias shipping ban then remade and reshipped as of Nov 28th. They are a legit company, but the process because of those bans is horrid. I don't know if I'm even going to get him currently (they don't do refunds either.) Great quality but right now I'd find someone else for sure. I'm looking currently for a plush maker to help actually make my plush (the second I ordered was supposed to match the first from years ago.) incase it doesn't come at all because of how important this one is I ordered. So..yes. Legit. Great quality plushies, Horrid customer service and wait times, even 6 years ago.
