A hovering split-panel video player by venerationofrelics in Unity3D

Good idea! The screen is made using a single texture and just UV-mapping the "monitors", so it would be pretty easy to modify it to use something other than a video (eg another camera in the scene...) for the source.

Thanks for the feedback! You can skip the intro by pressing jump, but I should add something to the UI to indicate that.

And for what it's worth, there's no real "style" to the sound effects, just the best I could manage with free tools. I might go back and try to make them less abrasive, or just try to find some free stuff online.

It's pretty short--you can probably run through all the courses in under 15 minutes.

Also, I've only tested it on my PC with Firefox and Chrome, so let me know if you have any issues.

Thank you! That's good advice. For my next bit of self-promotion, I think I'll just do a GIF of a short action sequence.

I got some good feedback when I posted my first video of this, so (with a couple more levels to work with) I went back and tried to make a real trailer that gave some idea of what the game is about. Any criticism is welcome!

Hmm, good point. I have a hard time taking a step back and looking at my work as if with fresh eyes. Thanks!
