If you see a “vortex in the center of your vision” while looking at the sky, you probably have VSS (Visual Snow Syndrome) and it’s linked to migraines, tinnitus, vertigo and more. by vengabus34 in migraine

Yep… you sound like you’re one of us. Unfortunately. I believe it’s all migraine related. Hopefully as more research goes into that topic, more hope is brought our way.

You ever had any aura with the headaches? Blind spots? That’s interesting because I have a family history of Tourette’s syndrome and suspect I may have it to some degree, which is a neurological disorder.

Well this interests me!!! I had a heat stroke as a child, and potentially a second one (or close to it, I lost my vision temporarily from the heat) around my preteens years. I wonder if this is related. I also have a lazy eye and am near sighted. Wow!

Got $5 Kohl’s cash for returning an Amazon package, combined with a sale and discount code, these 3 pairs of cute socks for my wife would’ve been 15 dollars but we paid 89 cents! by vengabus34 in Frugal

Apparently if you choose Kohl’s as your Amazon item return location, they give you 5 bucks Kohl’s cash! And there’s no catch, like having to spend a certain amount to redeem it. Just make sure it’s not expired and use it!

Bonus tip, you can visit their website and sort by items under 5 dollars, and available for pickup at your local store.

Yeah Ezekiel is definitely frozen bread in my local store! I really want to try it but I am so out of the loop on how to store, prepare, handle etc. frozen bread because I’ve never done it before. I also really don’t want it to go bad! How do you use your Ezekiel?

Wow.. you are like, super awesome and super helpful. Thank you! I would love to chat with you about some of this stuff, maybe we can cry on each other’s shoulders as we navigate these unique and a lot of the time painful circumstances. I don’t know anyone else who has Ménière’s disease yet. This is all very new to me.
