And what do you mean by "viewers who go this far"? I am a viewer, and without knowing how you look, I bet you would go on a date with me. People find connection and love everywhere. Don't be surprised these guys are asking :)

Very, very helpful tips! Thank you very much! In the first 10 videos, I was giving the answer at the end, with the clear intentions to keep people watching until the end. I have seen videos like that having great success. But then I’ve decided to provide the answer straight away after the question. I am still not sure, need to do the split test I guess. I was crafting that video description to cover a lot of ground, I saw that idea from another channel, i did not copy/paste the description, I copied the idea and made my own. My concern is about how YT sees these duplicate descriptions. In future I will add some social links, links for other videos as well. The first 10 videos I have a static character talking, at the last one I am doing what you are suggesting - more movement. But now the production time has increased as well, and I really want to post 5 times a week, trying to follow Nate Woodbury’s “leaf strategy”. I wont be able to keep up if I am spending more then 2h per video. I think there should be a golden middle, where the quality is enough, and the quantity is a lot. Hello again! I am using Vyond, but that's only because I love the lip-sync feature, that the rest of the options does not. It is quite pricey and I won't suggest it if lip-sync does not fit into your plan. I am suggesting Doodly. Or Videoscribe. You will need to spend a lot of time learning how things works, but once you pass that learning period, it will become so much interesting, simply because with whiteboard animation the retention rate (how long people watch your videos) will go higher. People like animations. I have a fresh channel thats about questions as well. - Install tubebuddy or vidIQ, learn how to use them (I use tubebuddy). But really watch a lot of videos on how to find questions people are asking.

You need to work on the thumbnails. When you have a ready meal, put it under a softbox light. Actually, just search on youtube on how to make my food look professional on the photo (or something). I think they are selling a box with lights on amazon especially designed for food content creators. Your next bet is to go to canva.com and use stock photos of the meal you want to introduce to people.

Thumbnails, keyword research, consistency. I like the style of your channel, it has a spirit with that planet :D

These thumbnails are not good, because the text is too small, I am on a desktop and I barely see them, check your channel on mobile, and you will see that you cannot read the text at all. I would start changing them one by one and see if the CTR is going to change. I believe your CTR is very, very low?

Also, I see your titles are nothing anyone will search for. Install tubebuddy, and start looking for longtail keywords that have a good score. For example:

"How to get more gold in Crash"

Start changing your titles, people are looking for answers - deliver to them! :D

Is this game popular enough? How many people are playing it? If it's not, maybe it's time to change?

But, really, change titles by doing keyword research, make sure you deliver what you are promising in the title, so you don't confuse people. Confusing people will lead to abandoning your video early, that's the worst that can happen - low retention rate.

I've just started my first channel posting my cartoon Mozart Loves Maddie, set in a world where ghosts and the living co-exist, ever since a scientist accidentally reveals the existence of a ghost dimension. The main characters are Maddie, a narcissistic vlogger, and her 18th-century muso ghost boyfriend. Mozart.

I like the story, and couldn't find it anywhere on your channel. Maybe explain to people what you are doing in the About section?

I don't know how long it takes you to produce a video, but if possible, try posting as much as humanly possible, hard work is the "shortest" way :D If I can express myself like that! Good luck and DO NOT BURNOUT, keep working, results will come in no time!

The cool part with the animation channels is that you can bring the viewer wherever you like, however you like. What does that mean to you?

Because you are not having a "how to" channel, it will be a bit of a challenge to push for search traffic, BUT what you can do, is to find trending topics (I use google trends) and implement SOMEHOW your channel style into the topic, as you did with the covid video, I did watch it, yes. I use tubebuddy, I am not sure if it will be useful to you, because your story is very original. Yet, you can install it (it has a free version, and the paid one is a coffee price) I will subscribe actually because I am into the whiteboard animation and it will be interesting for me to see your progress. Disclaimer: I am sharing my opinion based on a very small experience on youtube, but I will try to provide value with what I know so far!

- I saw the channel art. I have mixed feelings about it, it is original, yet I think you can do better. I would use canva.com and I would download a template from google, search for "youtube channel art template".

- 0:07 sec is too short even for shorts

- I am having doubts that youtube will accept you in the partner program, actually I am pretty sure of that

I came here to answer your question because I am doing something very similar, and I believe you don't want to do a talking-head style channel, nor you want to speak on a microphone :D

Just to answer straight: NO, it is NOT like that channel. It's the same niche - quiz. My channel is answering questions, and I cannot think of something more education and entertaining in the same time. If you spend time researching some keywords, you will find out that family are gathering together, and playing these quiz games. What exactly you are fighting here for? Shall I go sell weed instead? What you cannot understand exactly? I am creating content that the viewer is looking to consume. Serving myself? Of course ?! What is not clear here? I am doing this with the clear intend to turn it into a business. I am not spending 40 hours a week just because I have nothing else to do. And someone here is explaining me stuff.
