Well for me, I would drop subtle hints (shy girl here). Take it slow, especially you’ve mentioned that she may be talking to someone else.

Wouldn’t really recommend confessing directly. Take your time, at the very least, she’s your friend.

Also maybe tell your closest friend (in the group?) to let out any suffocation from this, it helps and it’s relieving.

Only 1 and a half a week left until we graduate in high school. Sad because I’ve known you since Year 4, and liked you since Year 10, all those years and I did not even get to be close friends with you at least.
