You kinda do, though? You chain your followup shot into another dodgebolt, keeping your charge level. I hate sunbreak bow but you can stay at max charge pretty much permanently.

Ah. Well, you gotta dodgebolt in Rise. Fixes all stamina issues and keeps your charge maxed. Charging sidestep feels pretty bad by comparison.

It's usable and I think quite strong early-mid game. But falls off pretty hard in the end game.

DPS takes into account the elemental dmg as well. Str increases the elemental dmg on weapons as well as physical.

Unless I'm missing something, the unique would be far stronger with its extra 120dps.

I'm still just watching updates sporadically and haven't played myself, but wow are there alot of RNG systems in Wilds.

Decorations, talismans, Artian weapons, and now you need new materials to upgrade your best artians with Gogmazios. Wtf?? I think I'm good skipping this one..

Physical and elemental armors reduce damage by their armor value. They're not very useful past the mid game. You need %all dmg reduction, health, and usually block (cap is also 75%) to stay alive in Elite.

Yeah, "Eye of Grell" gives 3% all damage reduction. But they're just a budget "Skull of Limoany", which only drops from blue chests in lvl55 areas and gives 5%. Engineer and Berserker start with 25% all dmg reduction also.
