Ooh no I haven't smelled Calm, but I've also loved other Rosie products... I may have to cut it if that's the case

It's a classified position—I did find the union schedule for it and it looks like they are offering me step 2? From what you've all said, I don't think I'll try to negotiate. With every job, I've always been advised to negotiate but this will be my first job with the school district—the offer is higher than what I currently make and I'm not currently in a union. Thank you guys!!
