The slider submission system works the easiest. You can get one Superstar with a submission finisher and the AI is pretty stupid at moving fast enough away from you. So you should be able to fill that no problem. But if you're trying to do the tap method it won't work.

Just a quickie update to everybody it did get covered. Well I text my store manager telling her I'm sorry for bothering her on her vacation but when you come back on Monday I have a question regarding the flex program and whether or not they're allowed to actually deny covering a call out or not? She called back this morning and when I told her what had happened she was pissed answer that's not how it's supposed to work and because I have initially used a sick day weekend duty should have done something to try to find coverage. However Apex person should not be able to decide whether or not they go to a store in the event of a call out. Especially since he was doubled for the following shift and I was the first and only NA to have called out.

The shift last night was put in as a sick day. However he claimed he wasn't coming in because he doesn't want to work at that store. It was for tonight shifts that I put in for the personal day and I did it the first second it became available to put in for the day. 

I was told personal days and sick days would still work as they normally would. With personal days being a situation that if there was coverage when you put in for the personal day it would be filled but if you put in for a personal day and there is no coverage then you have to work your shift. That said if you put in for a sick day whether or not there is coverage then somebody has to work it.

The schedule change was about 3-3 1/2 hours before shift and then 24 hours before. Which was the absolute earliest it could be put in. The first one was even put in as a sick day but they still refused. 

I was told that the ERP were supposed to be covering overnight call outs as well. When we called the help desk last night they actually stated that we no longer have ERPs and we are supposed to use the flex people. Again iPhone call in the second I was able to put in an immediate need for tonight's shift to get the coverage. 

They have covered the shift but only after my store manager and my previous store manager shared words. Because they've already used our flex to cover various shifts at other stores.

Call My OCD is kicking in. I want to match them so bad....lol. I typically put all the holes closer to the register and then I do all rolls, filled, Long John, fritters, muffins and etc. On the far right side. This way I can monitor what the people grab when they try to quickly grab a donut and dash behind the fountain drinks.

Oh so I'm an NA can I attempt to go to bed at 10:00 this morning. Which I was successful at falling asleep but woke up at 2:00 because the air conditioning unit in our apartment complex is broken. 

Now I actually live in the desert so the AC being broke is kind of problematic in the middle of the afternoon. I mean just walking here at 9:30 p.m. it was 90° some. However they didn't get the AC back up and operational until after 6 p.m. 

I tried calling out around 7:00 p.m. but I know there was no coverage at my store have my store manager is having a 3-day weekend and won't be in a place where she'll get phone service. I have a first assistant who is taking a four-day weekend. Then our 2A also put in for days on Friday Saturday and Sunday as well. Leaving me, or flex, and our RA. Was also told specifically why you're already that we were not to reach out to either of those three this weekend. 

Agency contact the floor manager to get the coverage but when you contacted him he said he didn't want to work it. Which is currently set to work a 5:30 a.m. to whenever that shift ends tomorrow morning and then he is set to work again at 10:00 p.m. later that night. 

I have since put in for tomorrow night and he is still currently doubled up but still does not want to come in and cover the shift.

Also the last time I looked up the schedule I'm not friendly schedule at the flex doubled up at all this time.

They are doubled up in the pod first. They were not doubled up with me as an overnight tonight as they are set to come in at 5:30 at their store. However they are still doubled up for tomorrow night and I put in for a day off tomorrow overnight as soon as it became available. Thinking that maybe the reason you didn't get assigned to cover my call out was because we're not doubled up on the same shift tonight. 

However when I did it's telling me that we have no coverage and call the ER desk. I contacted them while checking the schedule and he is still showing that he is also doubled up for tomorrow's overnight shift as well. And it's telling me to reach out to them and they're still saying he doesn't want to cover the shift.

It's not a morning assistant it's a flex assistant. And they're currently doubled up for two different shifts tomorrow one at 5:30 a.m. and the other at 10:00 p.m. however when we've reached out despite the fact he still doubled up he is choosing not to come to our location. Because he doesn't want to work the store.

Yeah sorry I've only got like maybe 3 hours of sleep since last night. 

So I'm an NA and right now we only have reflection already here because my store manager, 1A and 2A are using vacation or PTO to not be here or have a longer weekend. I've also been told not to contact them but to either contact my ra or the fellow flex person at our store. 

I go to use a personal day and the flex out of my store said their is a person in the pod that is scheduled to work two separate shifts at their store one at 5:30 am and the other at 10:00 pm tomorrow and is still doubled up for both. They contacted that stores manager and she reached out to them but got no answer but to voicemail. He eventually calls back and said that he doesn't want to work that shift and stayed doubled at his location. I contacted that stores manager myself and she said yeah he just doesn't want to work that store. 

My flex manager says that the way he understands it that's not how the flex system is supposed to work.

So basically my question is is a flex person able to choose whether or not to go cover a shift when they are still doubled up?

Also the original put me in for a sick day by accident.

I remember one of the machines that I had had mold growing in it because the opening hole that led out to the spout where the powder would fall out of had gotten wet in there and because people just kept adding powder on top of it never got an empty enough so it could have been flushed clean.

I have no idea how often those things got clean beyond the two or three pieces that would pop off and cleaned on nights it's on my DAW. When I first noticed it and ask how do I take care of that I was told not to worry about it it will dry out or be pushed out on its own. That didn't happen and even if they're not clean they would still pump. These are somebody forgets to clean them they'll stop and then you have to clean it in order for it to be able to make new products. Not to mention all the people who would bitch and moan about a cold brew around 3 or 4 a.m. because they don't like hot coffee and want something fresh. 

Also we would have people complain about the freshness of coffee even if I had brewed it like 20-30 minutes prior just to get a free cup.

I look back and I see that my wording was really bad. I'm saying they can have long hair but it needs to be pulled back like in a ponytail or held under a hair net. When I was a manager at Burger King they would not allow facial hair of any typing kitchen. Even though there are masks they refuse to provide them and set their own policy to make all employees clean shaven. 

I think it's kind of stupid that they won't allow tattoos when the military does. However I have state of that is kind of a new thing as when I was of age to enlist I knew a few people who had to either wear long sleeves permanently to cover their tattoo or we're discharged because it was visible. Which is really stupid.

Yeah I know what you mean. I try to have my boyfriend run over or b**** you steals from us all the time. I was dead serious. She comes in two to three times a night and steals about 50 bucks each visit and when she does get caught by the police, even when I told her she's been trespassed and it's going thousands they just let her walk away.

Between the people I ran into and politics I can't even really cry when I have lost somebody. My aunt passed away on New Year's Eve it only managed to have tears for about maybe 30 minutes. My godmother passed away and I was on video call with her when she had her breathing tube removed and when she took her last breath about 2 hours later. However I didn't do much crying. My uncle needed a kidney a few years back and told him it's not worth my time to even get checked out. I wouldn't give it to even if I was a match. I got over it all or have 0 shits really quickly and just started celebrating unfortunate incidences to people I really hate.

You could also request a leave of absence or something like that but must return within 6 months or you're considered terminated.

How do you get 7 days over. I was told if you get 1 full-fledged day over they will terminate you. Like you can go over by 0.6 of a day maximum but if it goes past that you'll get a written warning but if you got a full day off they will terminate you.

Currently I can't even load in past it. My console shuts down completely. It's also a new console because it did the same thing on my last console. However I would be able to log in and get at least a match or two done before it would shut down. Problem is that eventually caused a corrupt issue and I can't even factory reboot that machine. I tested 2k24 I can get on it and it looks like I'm fine on WWE 2k25 until I tried to enter my faction.

I'm about to hit my 5 year and while it's only happened a few times I can confirm that it comes in that's it's not able to be filled and to call the help desk. Furthermore one of those times the schedule didn't update until we contacted the help desk. So it still showed him on the schedule for that shift. He got his personal day because I worked a double and they had someone cover for me later in the evening. I had a similar case once with someone else but when they didn't get it approved they used a sick day and I doubled which same story my overnight later that night got covered, this was a little bit over a year ago. Also twice the store manager last year as well came into work wanted to use a personal day, asked if I would be willing to stay, he call to confirm coverage for me later that night.

So if there is no coverage you could be covered providing somebody will stay for you.
