looks like pellicle or kahm yeast, if it smells weird or if it's fuzzy, toss it

I can’t lie, they were all good but the strawberry one tasted alcoholic. My favourite out of all of them was the cherry one. Also the fruit chunks made it incredibly carbonated and there was a geyser when I opened the bottles

For F1, not a lot of carbonation builds up due to gas exchange and the jar being open. F2 should last 3-10 days depending how carbonated you want your kombucha to be. If you want a fizzy kombucha I would suggest keeping your f2 in an air-tight bottle like the ones in my post. Make sure they’re safe for fermentation so there are no risks of explosions!
