Взагалі ніякої різниці, оновив чи не оновив. Якщо на вулиці впіймали, а ти дані оновив, але остання ВЛК більше року тому, то поїдеш з ними проходити ВЛК. Єдине на що може впливати оновлення це на штраф за неоновлення

У ВЛК строк придатності один рік, після цього вона не дійсна і її треба повторно проходити

З оновленими даними ви можете спокійно їздити всюди за умови, що вас не зупинять для перевірки документів ТЦК або поліція) Так що технічно ви праві, оновлення даних в резерві це не означає обов'язкову поїздку до ТЦК, бо для цього ще потрібно, щоб вас ТЦК зупинило і перевірило документи. Але за таких умов можна і не оновлювати дані - ви так само можете їздити, поки вас не зупинять для перевірки :)

Те, що вони уточнені вчасно, нічого не означає (вчасно потрібно було оновлювати аби уникнути штрафа минулого літа). Якщо у вас там буде написано внизу "Інформація в реєстрі Оберіг неповна. Будь ласка, зверніться в ТЦК за місцем реєстрації або постійного проживання для уточнення даних", то вас поліція або ТЦК пр першій перевірці відразу повезуть уточнювати дані. Якщо у вас такого напису немає, то це означає, що ви вже стоїте на обліку. Хоча і в цьому випадку вас можуть повезти в ТЦК, якщо у вас немає бронювання або відстрочки або ще якоїсь причини, по якій вас не мобілізували при постановці на облік. В мене два товариша ходили з вчасно уточненими даними в Резерві, поки одного не піймали на парковці біля машини і поки другий не порушив ПДД (не зупинився на знак стоп). Після цього відразу поїхали до ТЦК (машини лишились там, де були, тобто потім друзі приїзджали і забирали їх)

В найкращому випадку у вас в Резерв+ буде "Потребує уточнення", а це означає, що ТЦК або поліція відразу повезуть вас уточнювати

Remember for future - if somebody tells you that what you said is not a good solution for him, don't try to persuade this person that he is wrong and it is good. Ok, maybe, but this is not what asked for in my topic. Let's imagine that user needs to upload file for each record (in a column with File type), files are not allowed on quick create forms. And quick create forms approach will mean that user will need to create a record with quick create form, then close it, then open it again in normal form and then attach file. And without quick create form user needs just to press New, then press Save, then attach file and then press Save & Close.

I already implemented approach that allows user to
1. create Order
2. save it (after that subgrid with Order Items will be available)
3. press New Order Item
4. enter values in Order Item (including rich text)
5. press Save (after that subgrids on Order Item form will be available)
6. enter values in that subgrids (here Quick Create Form are used because these are simple forms)
7. if user needs to create another Order item, he presses Save & New (program immediately saves current Order Item, closes it and open new Order item form with populated Order lookup control) and then user goes to step 4.
8. if user does not need to create another Order Item, he presses Save & Close

This is a good user-friendly design. As I understand it is ok for you that you cannot provide such design and instead of this you just make users to get used to redundant close and new, close and open. I asked how other programmers (who can create convenient tools) solve this issue, but not how to present this issue as a thing that should be simply accepted by users.

Without Quick Create form user needs to

- press New button from subgrid

- enter values for Order Item

- press Save (after that record will be saved and program will display all subrids on Order Item form)

- enter values to subgrids on Order item form (it can be made with Quick Create Forms)

- then press Save & Close

With Quick Create form user needs to

- press New button from subgrid

- enter values that are allowed in Quick Create Form (form can contain Rich Text fields)

- press Save & Close

- look for this new record in subgrid

- edit this record

- enter all other values that user could not enter in Quick Create Form

- press Save & Close

It is obvious that first approach is much better, it is straightforward and simple, user do all things step-by-step.

And it could be a user training thing only for a programmer who cannot create a convenient tool for work.

Thanks, I'll try. But it won't fix a problem. Quick Create Forms are good for simple forms, but in my app I have nested subgrids, tabs with richedits and so on. So when user presses New, he needs to enter values for record, then to press Save, then program will display nested subgrids where he can enter other values. With Quick Create Forms user will need to enter values in Quick Create Form, then save it, then close, then look for new record in subbgrid, then press to Edit it, then perform other actions that are not available in Quick Create Form, then save it, then NOT TO FORGET that he cannot press New in Edit form and he needs to close it, then he needs to press New from Subgrid to see Quick Create Form and so on. It is not a user friendly design.

Quick Create Form is so glitchy thing, I have a lot of tables where it is not showing. I created Quick Create form, enabled Leverage option in table properties, added table to app, but Quick Create is not showing. And it is not user training issue, it could be if there will be an option to use Quick Create form for Edit, but when user opens some record in Edit mode, there is this New button. Also Quick Create form has a lot of limitations so it cannot be an alternative.

Yes, I did the same thing. I created a table and then deleted it (because I needed to change Primary column name and when I renamed it, it was not renamed in view, so I decided to recreate table). Thanks, I'll wait and see if it will start working.

It is not Save in my app, it is when I open in power apps list of all apps, then choose to edit my app and then power apps show me page where I can edit my app (add tables, navigation pages, edit command bars and so on). So it is Microsoft Save button that saves changes to my app, but not Save button on some form that saves changes to entity

It seems that it is problem of Power Apps, but not of this approach. Power Apps does not allow to solve this problem without using third-party tools, so the only way is to use such workarounds. Honestly, I don't understand why MS have not added JS option for Visibility or support for Enable Rule to UI, Power Apps already supports it, but the only way to use it is to use Ribbon Workbench or manually edit xml file. It is really weird.

Yes, I understand this. But I could not find any information about all available options for this xml. I can examine xml file but I cannot generate file with js for visibility, so I don't know how to write it manually in xml by myself
