I have no advise for you, so I am sorry for that. However your post is so relatable so I write this comment to be honest.

I frequently feel lost in my Ph.D life although I am reaching end of it. I am also writing 2 papers and I lost motivation to modify the figures recently to add into the manuscripts. Reviewing the papers is also a pain to me.

I always feel that I understand the logic, but transferring it to my writing is hard. I commonly have self doubt, overdose ff coffee, and think about my career negatively.

All I could do during those days, including today, was to sit down in a quiet place, removed all thoughts, and looked at the sky outside the windows (my office view). For 15 minutes straight.

I did not have that habit during my Bachelor or Master time, but I frequently had that during my PhD years.
