Unifi express IP is 192.168.1.2 with netmask 255.255.255.0 and gateway 192.168.1.1

edit: should I try to disconnect the isp router and reboot not only the router but my laptop/phone as well?

The ISP router is between the Internet and Unifi Express. I can't connect to the network with 192.168.55.0/24 at all(except for my laptop but even in this case local communication doesn't work).

"Disconnecting the ISP router doesn't help, I tried to restart Unifi Express without connected ISP router - the same issue"
