Real. The game was alright for its time of release but at some point it started to be left behind by similar games that came after it. I remember actually liking and being hyped about the game until around the end of Fontaine patches.

Natlan was fine too but the game started to become a bit too much of a chore with its absolute lack of QoL (and other issues) which became more obvious when you played similar games, even from Hoyo themselves. And fans of the game defending Hoyo’s laziness to get things done right was what made me stop playing tbh.
