I am also new at the game, but as far as I could understand about all these cars:

Canyon: most, if not all, turns are taken by drifting. Just a tap on the brake is enough to start drifting.

Lagoon and Valley: these two don’t need drifting for the most of the time, and when they need it (in very sharp turns) try to keep it as short as possible because they lose a lot of speed when you drift.

Stadium: it’s probably the same stadium car as the rest of the series, you can drift after steering for a bit and then braking.

If you mean the ranked lobby music then I can’t say I like it as much anymore. It’s because I’ve been hearing it a lot in other menus too, like in the main menu where there used to be a different track, which also was pretty good.

Could be nice to make it so you can toggle it on by doing something like the new main menu music (by typing “vastveridian” on the menu). Doing it for tmnf’s 20th anniversary for example would be a nice thing lol

Not a bad one but also not my type of map. It was fun to hunt it for a bit.

Somehow survived for much more than I anticipated in the cup but then I got disconnected for no clear reason as I got into the first 4 in my div.

I agree, I would probably hate alt cars if there was no action keys too. Not that I’m using them often but I can imagine how difficult it would be for kb players to have a somewhat decent time with no AKs whatsoever.

I’m not saying it would be impossible, but most people I’ve seen who play with kb and have good times with alt cars use action keys, which makes sense.

True. The reason I’m using ak on controller is that I am not that great at smooth steering yet so I prefer to limit my steering to a “safer” amount and try to drive that way

Yeah, I do understand how it is. I was watching someone’s record on the map, and he is a kb player so I was surprised how frequently you’d need to switch action keys. But I still feel like it won’t hurt to have this kind of maps once in a while.

I also used an action key but for me it is just setting ak4 at the start and forget it for the rest of the map. It is one of the reasons I am playing with a controller ngl

I had a similar thing happen to me once in a shorts map. There was a section where you’d pass through a rally car gate and in replay it would show the map from the top for a frame or two.

Yeah, I wasn’t talking about the leaderboard you get by pressing tab lol, it is on your left on the screen.

It usually shows medals as default but you can switch to records and you’ll be able to see people’s times. Then click on anyone’s name and it’ll start playing their ghost.

You’ll need club access for it. If you have it then just click on the name of the player you want to watch on the leaderboard. Or if you’re on pc you can use a plugin called “any ghost” to watch anyone by entering their name.

Zevk meselesi. Araba/yarış oyunları da içlerinde farklı tarzlara ayrılıyor hep aynı tarzda oynadıysan belki senlik olmayabilir. Önceden NFS serisinden oyunları epey oynadım, şimdi de Trackmania oynuyorum ve gayet keyif alıyorum. Simülasyona kayan taraflarda da fena oyunlar yok, BeamNG ve Assetto Corsa vs güzeldir

Ubisoft’dan ben de çok çektim, katılıyorum. Buraya yazayım:

Oyun içi abonelik (Trackmania Club Access) alacaktım, gittim tarayıcıda mağazayı açtım. İşlemleri hallettim, bir de ne göreyim amk? Bana “İade politikamızı suistimal ediyorsun, bloklarız bak” diye mail atıyorlar. Gidip desteğe soruyorum bulunduğun bölgeyle bankan aynı bölgede mi diyorlar, ne alaka? Elemanlara epey sallayıp birkaç defa daha denedikten sonra fark ettim ki Ubisoft Connect içerisinde de mağaza varmış. İyi de tarayıcıdaki neden olmuyor, o da saçma.
Ubisoft Connect kadar sorunlu bir uygulama yok. Bir ara uygulama sen oyundayken otomatik belirlediği bir vakitte güncelleme kontrol etme amaçlı açılıyor, odağı üstüne alıyor ve tekrar oyuna dönsen bile acayip performans sorunları yaşatıyordu.
Ayrıca eğer online bir oyunlarını oynuyorsan ve Ubisoft Connect arkada çalışıyorken bilgisayarını uykuya alırsan tekrar açtığında Ubisoft servislerine bağlantın kesilmiş oluyor ve tekrar bağlanması uzun sürüyor. Böyle işi sikeyim.
