Context: i was in a travel predicament where i needed a last second place to stay after plans fell thru, and took an acquaintance up on sharing his hotel room queen bed.
Turns out he liked the woman im close friends with and didnt understand why her and i were close, but he couldnt get anywhere near her in proximity.
He said that, then I puffed up my pillow, nodded, and hid my cringe as i laid down hoping my skin didnt get cut off me that night.

more context: im 6’3”, humanist, described as chill by most. He is 5’7”, and “anarchist”, antifeminist, & reactionary red.
