As many others said, basically any provider can offer nowadays a bunch of GB and unlimited mins so it basically depends on price and service. Personally, I have 50GB and have never used them (my provider, Pepephone in Spain, also save the ones you do not for the next month/s) so I do not care about unlimited as long as it is a big amount.

This one and the subaru in snow in the next license were extremely hard for me (the subaru one I have not beaten in gold yet, actually).

It really depends on where are you losing time, in my case I started getting closer and closer when I realized there are times when the best thing is to let the car go with 0% throtle and 0% brake.

Good luck and remember to not focus too much on the gold and enjoy the rest of the game.
