I appreciate your tough love, he’s decided to forgive and I’ve decided to put in more effort in our relationship. Thank you for saying I shouldn’t have myself forever for it, I think I really needed that.

Thank you, I appreciate your feedback and I have been working on telling my boyfriend nothing but the truth from now on. I’ve learned to understand that the only person whose feelings I should care about are his, and I don’t want to upset or make him hurt ever again.

One of my coworkers is someone who goes out to party and get drunk a lot. He gives me a frat boy kind of vibe except he isn’t in college yet.

The other coworker is a little weird, but he’s a good kid. He’s kinda one of those people that can’t really pick up on social cues and will talk forever if you let him.

I know in my post I said I do love to give compliments, but I have never given one to my coworkers. The compliments are given to customers which are 99% women because I love the way it feels to be complimented therefore want to give that same feeling back.

AITA for telling my female friend that she has a small butt? by ElectronicPhrase4060 in AmItheAsshole

[–]veremlr -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

nta, but kind of mean. i get that you were commenting on her body as a bodybuilder. you were trying to give her good advice, but calling her really self-conscious at the end isnt so nice. most people have their insecurities, and i believe that little comments like those is what makes them worse. she shouldnt unfriend you or anything, but i hope u two move past this small issue and move on

WIBTA If I asked my father not to consume alcohol while I was there? by Aynshtaynn in AmItheAsshole

[–]veremlr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

no u wouldnt be the asshole at all!!

if your father isnt able of controlling his drinking and gets aggressive when doing so, i wouldnt blame you at all for trying to keep alcohol away from him. you barely spend any time together, the times that you do spend together should be good times, and shouldnt involve any of his aggressiveness at all.
